I think you made this game a little too shaky and difficult to control. I WOULD love that there were no brakes, but this isn't a racing game. It's a puzzle game with poor controls and shaky view. When you make the game difficult to enjoy, just for the challenge, it stops being fun and becomes frustrating, instead. Why not put more effort into making it challenging through attention to detail and fine-tuning instead of relying on making it difficult to see or control? If the fine-tuning you do is really to make it difficult to _play_ then it's your fault if no one wants to play your game anymore. There's less sense of accomplishment and more shame in spending so much time to get a level by fluke that it takes all satisfaction away.
That's a clean platforming game! These clean animations and details make this game fun to play. It is hard for sure, that's why I got stuck pretty early on. I guess most core thing in this game is to get used to car's movement. Pretty awesome game!

I'm also here to report a bug where, if you restart a level on the same frame that you hit the finish line, the level resets, and then marked as complete, meaning you have a 0:00 time (Linux 1.2)

yeah thats a known bug, it has nothing to do with the wall itself, but the game doesnt realise you hit mud/void/however you want to call it until 1 frame after you actually hit it, so you can dash/jump in that frame where the game doesnt realise yet, so you dash. This is a very hard trick, because and its a frame-perfect and the framerate is uncapped, so the framerate changes all the time.
This game is AMAZING holy cow, great music choice, simple yet appealinggraphics and engaging gameplay and you know how to make the best of everything you have

it just depends on what type of games you like. I personally like these kinds of games, and some people do.

yeah thats a known bug, you sadly have to redownload the game to remove the 0:00 time if you have the downloaded version (and if you want to ofc).
Seeing the a full version of the game is coming is the greatest news i've received all year

Fantastic game, I loved the skids that you make persist as you try the level again and again. Really well done!
By perfectly timing resetting the level and reaching the target you can get a 00.00 score somehow(did this accidentally while trying to get 00.91)
Did it again for the next level too, I think you have to first get to the target and then press R but not too sure
Edit: I was playing in browser version, the bug might not be happening in exe but havent tested it

make a better turn system, i find myself either overturning or underturning and sometimes the car falls faster than other times.
