HELP! NO BRAKE v1.1

Thanks everyone for all the great feedback! I had no idea so many people would try out the game. Here are some small fixes for now ;)

Version 1.1

- Fixed being able to frame-perfect jump indefinitely over gaps.

- Fixed rush mode crashing on Windows and Linux.

- Tire marks now slowly disappear over time. (To hopefully fix the low FPS issues)
